Shipping is free on all orders.

Total delivery time depends on product availability:

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 0–3 business days
  • Made-to-order items: production time 10–15 business days

Delivery time is added on top of the preparation / production time.

1. Shipping within Romania

Orders are shipped via Cargus.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment.

2. Shipping within the European Union

Orders are shipped via DHL.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

Orders are shipped via DHL.

Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment.

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

4. Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges.

These costs are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Delivery Responsibility

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided in your order.

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing it or noting the issue with the courier and contacting us immediately.

6. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier disruptions, customs procedures, public holidays, or force majeure events.

We are not responsible for such delays.
