Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

For customers in Romania, return shipping is free. For customers outside Romania, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

1. 30-Day Return Policy (Voluntary)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return policy.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unused
  • Tags are attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Under this policy:

  • For customers in Romania, return shipping costs are covered by us
  • For customers outside Romania, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery options).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the moment we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
